The New York times ran an interesting article this morning on the recent United Nations report stressing the need to focus attention on curbing emissions in developing countries. The article provides a good synopsis of the UN report and explains how the failure to develop infrastructure and technology that is less environmentally damaging will actually increase poverty in the developing world.
