Climate Change Conference

Climate change is reeking havoc on the developing world. World leaders recently met in Brussels and Poznan to try and create ways to curb emissions, provide more access to water, and help the developing world. United Nations report on curbing emissions in the developing world

The New York times ran an interesting article this morning on the recent United Nations report stressing the need to focus attention on curbing emissions in developing countries. The article provides a good synopsis of the UN report and explains how the failure to develop infrastructure and technology that is less environmentally damaging will actually increase poverty in the developing world.
