Water pricing is much more likely to lead to better use of water resources than might some "strict, binding and enforceable regulations designed to limit the use and abuse of our water supply." The United Nations Climate Change Conference wrapped up in Ponzan, Poland last month. The high profile conference is part of an on going international movement to create a replacement to the defunct Kyoto Protocol Treaty.
